Atlantic city blackjack

This version is played with a shoe with 8 card decks. The dealer must stand on soft 17 - like Six and an Ace. Players may double right after split and on first two cards. Even splits can be re-split - you will get 3 total hands. The dealer checks for Blackjack before the hand continues, and late surrender is allowed. House advantage in Atlantic City blackjack is 0.35%.

European blackjack

Played with two decks. The dealer must stand on soft 17. In this blackjack variation players can only double down on 9 and 11. This can become a limitation for highly agressive players who are fond of doubling up when the dealer has 5 or 6 showing. After splitting players can’t to split anymore and they also can’t double down on a split. You can’t surrender in this variation and the house advantage is 0.39%.

Double Exposure blackjack

Lots of people like to play this blackjack variation because they think that they have advantage over house. When game starts both dealer cards are dealt face up. The dealer wins all the ties except Blackjack and Blackjack only pays even money, it means that there is no bonus for getting it. It is played with a shoe with 8 card decks. You are able to re-split what allows tou to form four separate hands. You only allowed to double down on hard 9 and 11. Also, if you split aces, you get one final card on each. The house has 0.69% advantage.
